Food & Wine Festival

This past Sunday, Chad and I went down to South Beach for the Food and Wine Festival. We were able to spend some time with Lorine since she was there for work and she showed us the ropes. That was her 3rd day so we hit the good booths. It was so nice to hang out and eat and drink. It was a beautiful sunny day...something we haven't many of this winter. We already plan to go next year. I would highly encourage it to food and/or wine lovers.

In front of the Hornitos & Cruzan Rum castle. They served yummy samplings

Couldn't decide between wine or Amstel Light...so we had both. BTW, the little wine glass holders around our necks originally looked silly, but came in very handy.

Taking in the scenery

First demo we came across happened to be Iron Chef Morimoto showing Chad how to filet a fat big eyed tuna. I don't think he wasted an ounce of meat. Next is Paula Deen, the most healthy cooks of them all (note any sarcasm?)
